Need someone really good to help or carry me to gc

Kinda need someone who is really good and is c3 that can help or someone to carry me to gc atp bc randoms just aren’t working. Went from 1429 mmr to 1337! Not bc of me, but bc of my team mates. I get so many team mates with s12-14 gc tags that I carry every time. They’re always so scared to go for anything and they look lost in every play. Pls I need someone’s help, if I keep solo queuing I’m never getting gc. Please help, dm me if u want to help me.
