I went from plat 1 div 3 to gold 3 div 3 I need help to go back up to where I was because my teammates are usually bad and always leave game. Can someone help???

if u wanna play i have a lil bit of time on some saturdays and sundays, i don’t leave the game and i play in diamond lobbies sometimes :P
