Need tips & tricks to rank up!

Hey RL community! So basically imma be honest, I need some tips & tricks and/or advice to rank up. I have been playing for 6-8 years and only starting playing competitive 1-2 years ago. I am currently at gold 3 level and any tips/tricks/advice would be appreciated and would help me and my friends as well as they are around my skill level too. Thanks!
