Add a tag "Trusted by moderators"

Hello, i've been a user that love reports scammers to make moderators to ban them and make the community more safer, i want to have a tag that tells to certain users that how much we made successful reports or like we made 3 successful reports, basically (Banned 3 peoples), this would give a idea to users that want to trade, "this guy is safe, hes against scammers", or if it is a scammer, he may want to not get banned by that guy, so he may don't want to respond to the guy or to not scam him (even if i don't really think that so, you know how scammers are, so... yup).

A suggestion that supports mods i guess :)
