PLEASE HELP I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED

What actually happened:

Yesterday I created another account to message my friend on rl garage as a joke, but I had to link a platform to be able to message him. when i went to click the link microsoft account it automatically linked my xbox. All i did was click sign in with microsoft, and it linked my xbox. When i was done I went back to my main account and it said that my xbox was linked to another account and it wouldnt let me message anyone. So I went back to my trap acc and unlinked my xbox. But when I went back to my main it still said that I could not sign in because it was still linked to another account. I have about 4 people who i was going to trade with who now think im scamming them.
