Relocate the Block User button in messages

This is less of a new feature and more of an adjustment suggestion. I get a lot of instances of of getting messages from users, but before I can respond it says that I am blocked by the user. I assume they are meaning to archive the conversation but instead hit the block button by mistake. My suggestion is to move the block button away from the archive button or only let the users block from the user profile page.
