SCAM reduction

Yesterday I’ve been trading and on just one afternoon over three time I came across someone trying to scam me (This needs to change RL!!!). The third time someone succeeded, I had cost me over 10K, 8 golden gifts and a black market decal for a regular certified fennec. After you’ve been scammed you feel so pissed off, annoyed and angry you start thinking by yourself how can I be so stupid to let this happen. Like you start a trade with someone and he shows his tw fennec (certified Victor). While you start adding you items for the trade, for a second you are occupied with your own inventory and selecting your items for trade. During this ‘’absence’’ the tw fennec is quickly swopped by your opponent for a normal fennec (still certified Victor) and the deal is accepted. Because the certification and the painted colour alternate in the trade inventory, this can be confusing and it sets you off track. After the trade is complete you realize you’ve been scammed and then there is no way back, really f**** fantastic!

Besides the fact I should have paid more attention during the acceptance of the trade, I also believe that the design of the trade platform could be better organized. You can reduce the sensitivity of scams by having a second check during the trade. Like once the trade is accepted from both attendees, all the items which are placed in the trade inventory must be accepted one by one by each trader before completion. E.g. I placed 10K, 8 golden gifts and a BM decal for a TW certified fennec. After you approval of the trade every items comes by for to approve so ‘’your trading’’ 10K (you click ok) ‘’your trading’’ 8GG (you click ok) ‘’your trading’’ BM decal (you click ok) – ‘’you’ve been offered’’ TW certified fennec (you click ok). Once both attendees accepted all items offered in the trade inventory, the 3 second countdown to complete the trade starts.

The popping up of new received items is already integrated in RL, so why don’t you use this as a scam reduction during trade. It will take out the blind spots and prevent getting ripped off.
