Profile descriptions/bio

Allow users to put a short description of their account when viewing profile. Users could include helpful information like languages, what time your most active, how to contact, etc... Almost all of my trades end with the same few statements so it would be nice to have a permanent description across my account. 

Example: Hi, MaybeMarkos here. Fluent in english and spanish. Only doing PS4 trades no offers unless stated in trade. Most active 10am-10pm EST. Scammers will be recorded and reported.
