Extreme lag in main menu and first 30 seconds of a game

I logged into the new season of rocket league and I started to lag in the main menu. I then go into a game and everything is blurry and cannot move my car for the first 30 seconds of a game as i am lagging to much.

What you expected to happen

I expected that rocket league would be the sane as last season and run well. Instead of being extremely blurry and laggy for the first 30 second of a games and in the main menu

What actually happened:

Last season of rocket league my pc ran it perfecfly fine..... i dont think it is my pc that is the issue i think it is a bug in tje new season of rocket league.
