Bump notifications

I’d love if I could receive a notification when the 15 minute bump timer for my trades has already elapsed. A notification every 15 minutes may be too annoying, but if I dont open the notification and bump my trade, it will no longer send me notifications until my next bump. This could probably be made into a toggle in the settings for users who don’t want any notifications.
