Keeps kicking from app after 3 seconds of opening

When i opened my favourite app, it loads for about 3 seconds, and then freezes. I think its lag and it just kicks me. I tried again and it did the same. I reinstalled the app, didnt work, fully turning off my phone, didnt work. I checked on other apps to see if they would close, but they didnt. Why? Please fix this if it is a bug, i love using this app do much and i dont want to have to fimd other ways to trade. Thanks!
