Possible spam notifications

ello. I was wondering, do my followers get notified every single time I post a design? If they do, wouldn't it create lots of spam notifications if I'm not happy with my design and have to keep deleting it and reposting it?

if this is the case, could we have a 'notify followers' option for when the design is actually ready?
