flagging suspicous trades/accounts

I think there should be a feature where someone can flag a trade for being suspicious and put the account responsible for the trade up for review. I am seeing a lot of bot accounts where they put their steam ID in the description with the message "add me". When you message these accounts you get an instant response which is most likely from a bot. I think having this can help get rid of bots by allowing players to flag these certain accounts so people don't fall for likely a phishing scam.
