Generate Design Bug

I can’t generate a design. Whenever I click “generate design” I won’t get an add. Im not sure why it won’t pop up an ad. Maybe it’s a big you can fix? -CSY

Right now, I’m dealing with a bug where i watch a ad and it doesn’t give me my car design and it never pops up and it’s in my design history too so I don’t know what’s happening with designs
