Has this happened to you?

Just in case, I checked to see if it was season 17. When I went on, it said I had to update it so I thought to myself it was the new season today. But what also confused me was normally when a new season comes out, I don’t have to update it. When it finally finished after like 10 mins, I went in to see it wasn’t season 17. But I had to accept another EULA. Does this long update and EULA have anything to do with trading coming back.
