It has been a whole MONTH since RL designer stopped working

What are you guys doing?! You guys can't just put new items in RLG. I understand that you guys are working on other stuff, but this is so ridiculous.

It's not new items being added to the game that breaks the designer, it's basically the game updates themself which interfer with how the designer is working in the first place. There is also an ongoing communication hurdle which delays the whole fixing process.
