Rival wheels not appearing as painted even when they are

What you were trying to do:
Rival wheels in my inventory appear non-painted even when they are painted

What you expected to happen:
The rival wheels’ icon should appear as the painted version of the wheel, not the non-painted version.

What actually happened:
The rival wheels’ icon remains unpainted
