fix fancy formal decal from designs

What you were trying to do:
idk if this is a bug or what but when i was trying to make my design the same as my car on rocket league i found this bug i think

What you expected to happen:
to have on the site the right color of fancy formal decal like in the game

What actually happened:
in game the fancy formal decal color is black but in this site the color is blue
