Ground pinches?

Any tips on ground pinches? My usual speed is right around 125-130. My PR is 159 but that was in super slo-mo...

Any tips on how to get into the mid 160's? like specific car positionings?

my best is 140, i still can’t do a proper ground pinch. i only touch the ball when it’s hitting the ground, i don’t drive it into the ground (im workin on it, ik that way is wrong)
