BIG BUG (DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX)

So when I click on a item it says error fetching price, also when I try to upload a item/fix price/look up a item it takes me to this message that says their working on the problem please restart app n so on it keeps on saying this I’ve tired everything and nothing works
