Discrepancy in the RL Garage Coins

In the FAQ section for RL Garage coins, it says that you can earn 15 coins by uploading a profile picture under the "How can I get RL Garage coins?" section, however when viewing the actual quests, it appears as 5 and that is the amount you actually get in completing the quest.
