Message telling the user they have the "Accept messages from same platform" enabled

On multiple occasions, someone messaged me wanting to buy something, but when I wanted to reply "sure" or "I'm down", etc, I can't send a  message because the person enabled the setting. Then this person thinks I'm just ignoring their message, but I'm not. Lots of people message people from platforms they play on, but didnt link their Garage account to the platform, so if they could at least know we can't reply, it would be better.
