Why Does This Keep Happening??

Every time i get a notification about being replied to on a discussion i press on it, and it takes me to a random or old discussion that nobody ever commented on, and even sometimes it takes me to someone’s deleted discussion, cuz it was bad or sumthn. Pls help me @Metazolid 🙏🙏🙏 idk what to do 😭😭😭
