User Icon Customization

So, as I realized in a recent update, many people got randomized presets as their icon, and I know you can reset it to a new one, but I think it would be cool to maybe fully customize it using something like the car designer? Maybe when you finish you have the option to “set as user icon” or something. Just a thought because it took me a while to get one i liked.
