Remove Space Before Header

What you were trying to 

Everytime I refresh RL Garage or Go to Top, there is always a huge space before the  header which is really annoying.

What you expected to happen:

I feel it would be better if the header was on the top like every other website and this should really be an easy fix. 

What actually happened:

There is always a long space which is wasting the space of the website
