Help me

i had tons of item from trading and just playing the game then all of a sudden i get 3/4 of all my item removed from my account and lost over 3000 credits that were in my inventory. i have contacted epic games about it mutilple time thay said that my account if fine and that nothing had happend and i am pissed bc i want all my stuff back.
