Giveaway Page Doesn't Register That I've Joined

What you were trying to do:
Join the giveaway at https://rocket-league.com/giveaway/tw-draco/light by pressing the button, and refreshing the page to see if it shows that I’ve already joined.

What you expected to happen:
It shows I have already joined.

What actually happened:
It shows that I have not joined, and allows me to click the button again.

Clearing site cookies/cache did not fix this. My RLG username is TheEmptyBucket. Video showing the issue below:
