Unable to send messages within app

After the update this morning Aug28 I am unable to send messages in the app getting error code -11 when I try.

That means the user blocked messages from other platforms. You don't have any platform in common.

My messages say they have gone through when they haven’t I even tried messaging my friend and he didn’t receive I also cannot post it doesn’t pop up for anyone when I do
