Cannot Add Item Shop Alert for Player Anthem

What I'm trying to do: Add an item shop alert for https://rocket-league.com/items/anthems/kernkraft-400-sport-chant-stadium-anthem-mix (Kernkraft 400 Player anthem) by clicking the "ADD NEW ALERT" button under the item's information pannel.

What I expected to happen: To be taken to the Item Alerts screen and have all of the information pertaining to the Kernkraft 400 Player anthem filled in.

What actually happened: There is no entry for any player anthem in the Item Alerts screen, preventing me from adding the alert.
