Support Ticket Section
I think users should have an option to see their active support tickets. In the Support and FAQ section and go to submit a ticket, there can be a button at the bottom called View Support Tickets to view active support tickets. The button would allow you to reply with updates & view any updates from Moderators, Administators and more on your current tickets. This option would be useful as you do not have to stay on the section and wait for a response, and would be beneficial, especially for Mobile Users. I
