Noir items (Black/White) can't be set correctly in the designer

Hello all, Just wanted to mention this in case it hasn't been pointed out already. But in the designer when you select an item like the Storm Watch: Noir decal, it should be black and white. It forces colors on it and even then only allows for you to pick the standard primary colors which defeats the purpose of having the Noir decal to begin with. Anyone know a way around it in the designer?
