Entering the "following" section prevents you from doing anything but scrolling through it

When I go into the "following" section, I am unable to click any of the content there to go to it, and am unable to navigate to any other sections of the app, I am stuck within "following" and all I can do is scroll up and down within that or move the upper three tabs from left to right
