Today Rocket League and Psyonix have launched their most recent partnership content, and it’s one of the best yet. It's another great bundle featuring a great new Lamborghini - that’s right, you’re now able to speed onto Champions Field faster than you can blame your teammates for a poor performance in a Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4. Assuming you want to pay for it.

On the item store right now is the Lamborghini Countach bundle, which contains the following items:

The body is based on the Dominus hitbox so while it may not be the perfect car for everybody, it should have a fairly wide appeal, and it looks downright gorgeous, too (if you're into Lamborghinis... but if you aren't, why aren't you?)

As with some other real-life bodies, your customisation options are a little limited. You seem to be able to use any goal explosion, boost and trail, so you can still dab on them haters with the Reaper, but you can’t use any decals, toppers, wheels, or antennas that don’t come as part of the bundle. It’s a bit of a bummer, but not unprecedented.

There is both good and bad news with this bundle. The bad news is that, honestly, it doesn't feel all that different to last year's Lamborghini Huracan STO bundle. The good news, though, is that the Countach is a little cheaper than the Huracan. Unlike the 2000 credit Huracan STO, the Countach LPI 800-4 comes in at 1100 credits, which is definitely the go-to price for single body DLC packs nowadays. While that’s still out of the reach of some, it’s a much more apetising price.

Unfortunately, like most brand tie-ins, the Lamborghini content is available to buy for a limited time, just seven days in this case. After April 5th the bundle will be removed from the shop and there’s no information on when we might see it next. So, if you’ve ever wanted to drive a Lambo but can afford a real one, get the bundle while you can.
